HAPPY TEACHER'S DAY 2020!❤
Have you ever read a story named 'Bholi'? I read it last year, it was a part of my 10th English syllabus. It was a story about a small village girl who had a speech problem, and used to stutter and stammer a lot. All the people in her life didn't like her, or thought she was worth nothing. But, this teacher in her school in the village believed in her and helped her with her problems.
Please, read it here- Bholi-Teacher's Day Special
A teacher stands as the backbone of the students in their life. The teacher teaches us to walk on the right path by carrying the right things. A teacher is the second parent of the student. We all have grown up and now we understand their value in our lives and can’t imagine a beautiful future without their guidance.
A teacher will punish us as well as will love us. We all are very lucky to have our teachers in this life. We always miss their guidance as we grow up. It’s very important to celebrate this day because through this celebration teacher guides us with the breaking discipline and all other negligible things that we forget to maintain in day to day life.
It is celebrated on the auspicious occasion of Dr Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan's birthday. Who was a great teacher and president of India. The celebration started because when he became president of India, some of his student and friend requested him to allow them to celebrate his birthday on 5th September. He replied, “instead of celebrating my birthday, it would be a proud privilege, if September 5th is observed as Teacher’s day”. From that day we celebrate his birthday as Teacher’s day.
I would like to put across a Hindi poem, a glory to all the teachers out there!-
